Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say a 33-year-old woman killed in an SUV rollover crash in Sand Springs Thursday was wearing her lap belt, but not her shoulder belt.

It happened in the 1200 block of state Highway 97 at around 3:30 p.m.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol say Tanya Kelley, her husband and their baby were in the SUV when it left the road and flipped several times.

Kelley, 33, who was driving the car, was ejected from the SUV as it rolled. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her husband, Donald Kelley, 33, and 6-month-old son, Draven Kelley, suffered only minor injuries.

Troopers aren't sure what caused the car to leave the road, but Donald Kelley told them he heard a loud pop just before the crash.

According to an accident report, Kelley was only using her lap belt and her shoulder strap was behind her back.
