Man Arrested In North Tulsa Meth Fire

TULSA, Oklahoma -

A man accused of sparking a meth fire at a north Tulsa home has been arrested.

Johnny Farris, 44, is facing multiple charges, including first degree arson and endeavoring to manufacture a controlled substance.

Tulsa firefighters responded to the home at 5639 North Elgin Avenue around 4:30 Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Tulsa Fire Department, crews discovered ingredients to make meth in the kitchen shortly after the fire was brought under control.

Farris remains in the Tulsa County Jail under a $50,000 bond.
