One Of Tulsa County's Most Wanted Arrested Tuesday

One of Tulsa County's most wanted is off the streets thanks to the Broken Arrow Police department.

Vincent Ray Carter, 19, was arrested in the 2100 block of West Houston Street just after 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Carter is wanted on several complaints, including drug possession, escape and theft related charges.

Carter is being booked into the Tulsa County Jail.
