OKLAHOMA CITY -

The second round of the NBA playoffs will tip off Monday night in Oklahoma City and Thunder fans have taken to social media to send a message—turn you back to Metta World Peace.

"ATTN All OKC Thunder Fans: When Metta is introduced tomorrow night, don't make a sound. Turn your back to the court and be silent."

That is part of the message being passed around via social media sites Monday to spread the word about showing once and for all their disapproval of World Peace's action.

Metta World Peace, formerly known as Ron Artest, will be in the Lakers rotation after serving a seven game suspension that he was given after violently elbowing OKC's James Harden in the head on April 22.

The blow to the head sent Harden to the floor where he laid in pain for minutes before leaving the game. He was diagnosed with a concussion and did not play the final two regular season games.

World Peace sat out the Lakers final regular season game along with the first six games of the first round of Playoffs serving his suspension and returned in game seven to score 15 points in the Lakers 96-87 win over Denver to advance.

"He will only be fueled by our booing. Literally turn your back. Don't give him the satisfaction," explains the message on Twitter.

Will turning your back really send a message though? Is it even possible to get everyone to do it?

Will this kind of action really speak louder than the loud boo's and heckling he is sure to get the entire series?

What do you think?

Do you think World Peace will notice or even care?
