After killing the couple, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says Statham stole several items from the home and drove to North Dakota in his parents' pickup truck.

He was arrested several days later at a friend's home in that state.

He remains in the Leflore County jail without bond. His trial is set to being on October 29, 2012.
