A Green Country soldier is back on the homefront.

Friends and family -- along with members of the Patriot Guard -- were at Tulsa International Airport to welcome home U.S. Army Private First Class Nick Replogle.

He's been in Afghanistan since October, so there were lots of hugs and handshakes.

"It's an honor. It's good to be back. It's good to see everyone's happy to see me home. It's kind of exciting," Replogle said.

Replogle said he's really looking forward to some rest and relaxation.

He says he might even spend a little time at the lake.
