Choose a mild white fish like Tilapia
Fillet (or buy fillets) and section into strips
Season flour with salt, pepper and spices to taste (ours is our secret!)
Dip fillets into flour and then into egg and deep fry in hot oil until golden and crisp
Lay fish into soft taco sized flour shells
Add fresh shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, guacamole and salsa if you wish
Serve immediately.
