OKLAHOMA CITY -

Oklahoma City police arrest a man after he allegedly asked a 13-year-old boy for oral sex.

According to a police report, James Leslie Benbury, 47, noticed the boy playing basketball in his driveway in the 2100 block of N.W. 122nd Street. Police said Benbury drove by the boy several times before stopping.

The report claims Benbury then asked the boy to meet him for oral sex at a bathroom inside a Buy for Less grocery store located at 2100 W. Hefner. The boy instead told his mother, who then got in her car and called police while following Benbury to the Buy for Less.

Police met Benbury and the mother at Buy for Less. Police questioned Benbury before making the arrest.

Benbury faces charges of lewd or indecent proposal.
