Voters may be able to vote on whether wine can be sold in grocery stores in November.
OKLAHOMA CITY -
The Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled in favor of proponents of petition to get the question of whether wine should be sold in grocery stores on the ballot in November.
Opponents argued that the petition language violated the state and U.S. constitutions, but in a five-to-four decision, the justices ruled against them.
Supporters are now clear to pursue signatures to get the question on the November ballot.
