William Joe Moore, 30, died of massive injuries at OU Medical Center following the wreck, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Troopers say Juan Rios, 31, of Ft. Worth was driving a 2012 Kenworth westbound on Highway 51 after exiting the I-35 northbound off ramp when his truck was struck from behind by a 2008 GMC pickup driven by Moore.
Neither driver was wearing a seat belt, according to the collision report.
Rios sustained minor injuries. He was taken by medical helicopter to Stillwater Medical Center where he was treated and released.
Troopers say Moore's condition at the time of the crash is unknown, while Rios was in apparently normal condition. The cause of the crash is listed as inattention.
