TULSA COUNTY, Oklahoma -
A former Green Country school superintendent filed a motion Monday to have the bribery charges against him dismissed.
Windstream Communications is accused of bribing former Broken Arrow superintendent Jim Sisney with an all-expense trip to the 2007 Final Four.
Attorneys for Windstream and Sisney argue the charges should be thrown out, because, "the timeframe for the indictment has run out."
Prosecutors have three weeks to respond.
