MIAMI, Oklahoma -

Officials at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in Miami says Giana Epps of Overland Park, Kansas will be singing the National Anthem at the Homecoming pre-game show this Saturday.

Epps, who is 12, says she has always dreamed of singing at her family's alma mater, NEO.

"It will be exciting to sing our national anthem in a stadium where Dad (Jack Epps), Uncle Don (Don Mustain) and my Papa Great (her Great Grandfather – Hubert Mustain) all played football for the Golden Norsemen," Giana Epps said.

Kickoff for the homecoming game on Saturday is at 2 p.m. The Norsemen host Kilgore College.
