Fallen World War Two pilots were honored in Miami Tuesday.

The British fliers, boys training for battle, were remembered in this Oklahoma moment.

At the height of World War II, 2,000 British Air Force recruits trained at Miami's Spartan College of Aeronautics.

Half got their pilot's wings.

But 15 young men died, preparing for a war they never saw.

Generations later, members of England's Royal Air Force returned to honor those who never made it out of Oklahoma.

"It really does it bring it home, what these young men have done for us in the past. And what they continue to do in the present - and I'm sure - in the future," said RAF squadron leader Gary Beech.
