A local non-profit that has been serving the community for more than 30 years is celebrating the expansion of its health center.

The Indian Health Care Resource Center of Tulsa held a dedication ceremony Thursday for the 26,000 square feet of newly added space.

The clinic is designed to be a one stop shop for patients-- providing everything from x-rays to an on-site pharmacy.

Along with providing health care to more than 30,000 Native Americans in Oklahoma, the clinic also gives back to local organizations like the Food Bank of Oklahoma.

"I believe we have been so blessed in being able to generate other revenue and other resources - nationally and locally - that we owe it to the community to give back," said the clinic's CEO Carmelita Skeeter.

The new room and added renovations more than double the size of the old center.
