Oklahoma State's women's basketball team opened its 2012-13 campaign on Wednesday night with a 118-43 exhibition victory over Central Oklahoma in front of 2,074 fans inside Gallagher-Iba Arena.

The Cowgirls put on an offensive show, shooting 65 percent from the floor and finishing with seven players in double figures. Senior Toni Young led the way with 26 points and a game-high 11 rebounds. Classmate Lindsey Keller added 16 points, while freshman Brittney Martin was impressive in her debut.
