A Bartlesville judge has set a trial date for a Sperry man charged with the death of an Oklahoma Department of Transportation worker in November 2011.

The trial for Deven Franklin, 19, charged with first degree manslaughter, is set to begin February 25, 2013 in a Washington County courtroom.

Franklin is accused of hitting and killing Ira Henderson, who was part of an ODOT work crew on U.S. Highway 75, north of Ramona.
