Federal prosecutors in Tulsa have filed a motion to stop the transfer of a Cushing man charged with threatening to kill the president and first lady.

A U.S. magistrate wants 49-year-old Mark Dee Gragg to be moved from the Tulsa Jail to a mental health treatment center.

Gragg is accused of repeatedly calling the Secret Service last year and making threats against President Obama and the first lady.
