CATOOSA, Oklahoma -

Fire destroyed a home in Catoosa Christmas night in the 2000 block of East 33rd Place.

Catoosa firefighters say when they arrived the back side of the home was on fire and it quickly spread.

When firefighters got inside the home, something exploded, forcing them to back out.

Catoosa Fire says a family was inside the home when the fire broke out, but they were all able to escape unharmed.

It still isn't clear how that fire started.  The home was destroyed.
