Man Accused In West Tulsa Murder Bound Over For Trial

TULSA, Oklahoma -

A judge ruled Friday, a man accused of committing murder over $15 will stand trial.

Dwaine Ryder is being held without bond.

Police say he shot and killed 32-year-old Emil Barron back in September.

Investigators say Barron and a female friend met up with Ryder at Parkview Terrace Apartments to collect a $15 debt, when Ryder pulled out a gun instead.

His next court date is set for February 11.
