TULSA, Oklahoma -
The body found in the Arkansas river late Monday afternoon has been identified as Randall Swain. The 31-year-old man's body was discovered by some men practicing archery on the riverbed.
He was found on the north side of the bridge at 71st Street.

"The cause and manner (of death) are pending," said Amy Elliott, chief administrative officer for the medical examiner's office in Oklahoma City.
Tulsa police are investigating the death. They have not said how long Swain's body was in the river before he was found.
