Oklahoma's top lawyer threw his weight behind Hobby Lobby in a fight against the Affordable Care Act.
Attorney General Scott Pruitt has filed a challenge to a previous ruling, requiring the company to cover the "morning after" and "week after" pill for employees.
Pruitt said requiring Hobby Lobby to pay for the contraceptive drug violates the company's civil rights.
Hobby Lobby plans to appeal to the Supreme Court.
