OKC Woman Arrested For Attacking Two Police Officers

OKLAHOMA CITY -

An Oklahoma City woman was arrested after police say she attacked two officers Wednesday night.

The officers were trying to arrest 60-year-old Frankie Carol Black for trespassing in the 2100 block of S.W. 59th Street in Oklahoma City. However, Black managed to get away.

The officers were able to catch Black following a short foot pursuit. When one officer placed hands on Black, police say Black turned around and attacked that officer. The officer suffered injuries to her face and her neck.

When the other officer tried to place Black's hands behind her back, Black bit that officer's foot, police said.

Black was taken into custody on two counts of assault and battery on a police officer.
