An Oklahoma man is behind bars accused of killing his father late Friday, March 29, 2013.

LeFlore County Sheriff's deputies arrested Tim Lockaby, 51, of Cameron Saturday.

After deputies got a 911, they arrived at the rural home and found Lockaby's father, Buck Lockaby, 87, dead in the backyard of the home the two men shared.

After questioning Tim Lockaby, deputies booked him into the LeFlore County jail on a complaint of first degree murder.

The sheriff's office says they are still trying to determine how the elder Lockaby died. His body has been sent to the state Medical Examiner's Office in Tulsa for an autopsy.
