A new video featuring first responders and dispatchers from Edmond's Emergency Management Department is making the rounds on YouTube and Facebook. 

The video is "Harlem Shake" themed, and is competing against other Emergency Management Departments in the Oklahoma City area.

Edmond's Emergency Management Director says the cost to produce the video was "nominal." He says most of it was filmed "off the clock," by employees who volunteered their time. However some Edmond residents we talked to, like Sam Whitten, says he doesn't think it was a good idea.

"I'm all about having a good time," he said. "But I don't think the taxpayer money should be used for that." 

However Edmond resident Josh Brown has no problem with it.

"Thumbs up, man! Live the life! Make a video like that, it's awesome," Brown said.
