Suspicious Package Reported Near OU Football Stadium Deemed Safe

Authorities in Norman are responding to a suspicious package found near the University of Oklahoma's football stadium, Wednesday evening.

University of Oklahoma campus police were called about a suspicious bag found near gate five of the stadium.

Once on scene, police determined that there was no credible threat and are now treating the situation as a "non-issue".
