Officer Dianna Liedorff is a professional 3-gun competitor and is sponsored by FNH USA, a firearms manufacturer.

3-Gun Nation competitors utilize shotguns and pistols to display their accuracy and speed throughout a timed course of fire.

The event will be held at the Academy at 6500 East 66th Street North.

The police department says event is free and open to the public. US Shooting Academy cautions spectators to bring their own hearing and eye protection.

The competition begins at 8:00 a.m. At 4:00 p.m. Saturday, the top 10 competitors vie for a grand prize of up to $10,000.
