When one thinks of yoga classes, the words small, thin, and nimble might come to mind.
Not if you're taking yoga with the TU football team.
"It's a lot of body movements I didn't even know the body could do," senior offensive lineman Stetson Burnett said. The 6-foot-4, 303 pound Burnett explained that while yoga isn't necessarily easy, it has its benefits.
"We're just trying to get more flexible. Being more flexible makes you a better athlete, you can change directions faster and also just kind of help keep the muscles loosened up so you aren't so bound up and tight."
