TULSA, Oklahoma -

A two-year-old Tulsa boy who was the subject an Amber Alert issued Wednesday afternoon has been found safe.

Tulsa Police say a man was driving to a fishing pond near Bird Creek at 106th North and Lewis at about 5 a.m. when he spotted the black Chevrolet Tahoe listed in the Amber Alert.

Sergeant John Adams said the man saw two people inside, backed away and called authorities.

Sgt. Adams says Skiatook Police, Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies and Tulsa Police found Jason Taylor and William Taylor, 28, asleep inside the Tahoe.

They arrested Taylor and reunited Jason with his mother, according to Sgt. Adams.

Police say the Amber Alert has been canceled.

William Taylor was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints kidnapping, child stealing and violation of a protective order.
