Police Seek Suspect Who Shot, Killed Man In Norman

NORMAN, Oklahoma -

Norman police are investigating a shooting that claimed the life of a man Saturday morning.

According to police, at about 9:11 a.m. officers responded to the report of a shooting at an apartment in the 2100 block of W. Brooks Street in Norman.

As officers arrived at the scene, they found one victim with a gunshot wound. Investigators say the victim was the one who called police.

The victim was transported to Norman Regional Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

Police have not made any arrests in this case. They have not released the victim's identity pending notification of family members.

Authorities are also investigating two other deadly shootings in southwest Oklahoma City and Midwest City Saturday morning.
