TULSA, Oklahoma -

News On 6 has learned more about the man who was shot and killed early Friday in south Tulsa.  Tulsa Police say he was an Army reservist who has no record and just happened to live at the house where the shooting happened.

Investigators believe the shooting was a drug-related robbery, but they don't think the Army reservist had anything to do with the incident in the 7100 block of South 77th East Avenue.

Police said they believe Darrelle Goff was in the garage during the shooting and detectives want to talk with him about what happened.

Goff is 6 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds.

Tulsa Police are still looking for the men who were driving a Chevy Tahoe. They say the SUV sped away after those men shot three people.

"My husband was actually up and he heard six gunshots and then he heard tires squealing," said Kim Moede.

Kim Moede and Theresa Watkins live just up the street from where, police say, one man died and two others were shot.

"I'm shocked. I didn't hear a thing," said Theresa Watkins.

Police say at least two men with guns came inside this garage on 77th East Avenue and opened fire. Three men were hit with the bullets, two went to the hospital and the other died on the scene.

Moede says she's seen the men who live in the house from time to time but says they never did anything to make her suspicious.

"But they were friendly. They weren't noisy and disturbing or anything like that. They just pretty much kept to themselves as far as I know. So it was very shocking, but you never know anymore. It doesn't matter where you live," said Kim Moede.

Police say a child was in a back bedroom of the house at the time of the shooting but was not injured. One of the wounded men, according to police, is the child's father.

The home backs up to Leake Park and neighbors say it's not unusual to hear loud or unusual noises coming from the park but they've never experienced anything so serious.

"It always is a reminder to lock your doors when you live in a big city," said Coleman Carter.

"I'm pretty careful anyways but I will say I'll be on alert more especially in this neighborhood. I think I'll pay attention to more of my neighbors as I drive past," said Julie Grieb.

Kim Moede is thankful the child is okay but she isn't worried that her neighborhood is being targeted.

"It doesn't scare me. I'm protected and I'm not going to run from that. I think the police are doing their job and they do a good job of it," said Kim Moede.

Tulsa Police are still trying to determine the motive and they could use your help.

If you know where Goff is or have any information, call Crime Stoppers 918-596-COPS or text 918TIP to "Crimes."
