A suspect in three separate shootings, including one that injured two federal agents, is dead following a shoot-out with Ardmore police.

According to Ardmore police, the suspect, 19-year-old Henry Jackson, reportedly fired several shots at a home on Walters Street, and struck at least one man early Thursday afternoon.

In their search for Jackson, agents learned that he was still armed and traveling in a silver Ford Taurus. Ardmore detectives and the agents made contact with Jackson at a residence in NE Ardmore neighborhood around 6:30 p.m.

Jackson opened fire on the officers, wounding both of the agents. One was transported to the emergency room. He is now listed in good condition. The other agent was treated at the scene. No Ardmore officers were injured.

Jackson fled the scene in the silver Taurus.

At about 9:30 p.m. Thursday, officers say they found Jackson hiding in a car. Police then got into a chase with Jackson, and gunfire was exchanged.

Jackson was pronounced dead at the scene. The officers involved are on routine administrative leave.

Ardmore police say the case is still under investigation.
