A woman from Manchester, New Hampshire, is in serious condition after crashing her vehicle early Sunday morning in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma.

It happened just before 4 a.m. Sunday on US 81, one and a half miles south of Hennessey.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a 1999 Ford Explorer driven by 31-year-old Chyenne Malburne was southbound on US 81, when it ran off the roadway to the left and entered the grass median.

The vehicle then entered back onto the roadway, lost control, and overturned an unknown amount of times. It eventually came to rest on the driver's side, according to the OHP collision report.

Malburne was pinned for an unknown amount of time before being freed by LIFE EMS. She was transported to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid in serious condition, suffering from trunk internal and external, arm, leg and head injuries.

Authorities did not release the identity and condition of a juvenile, who was also in the vehicle at the time of the crash.

Both Malburne and her passenger were wearing seat belts. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
