The Oklahoma City Barons struck first, but the Toronto Marlies rallied to score the final four goals for a 4-1 victory Sunday afternoon at Ricoh Coliseum.

After a scoreless first period, Toronto opened the second period with two quick penalties that gave the Barons a two-man advantage. Petter Granberg went off for interference and just moments later Tyler Biggs went off for high sticking.

On the ensuing power play, Lander lit the lamp after his shot trickled in past Garret Sparks. Brad Hunt and Mark Arcobello were credited with the assists.

The assists on Lander's goal extended Hunt's point streak to five games and Arcobello's point streak to six games.

At 8:34 of the second Toronto tied the game just after a penalty to Lander expired. Greg McKegg redirected a puck past Richard Bachman as he created some space in the slot. Assists on the goal went to Stuart Percy and Kenny Ryan.

Just over a minute later, the Marlies took the lead as Jamie Devane buried one past Bachman to take the 2-1 lead. Kenny Ryan and Kevin Marshall were credited with the assists.

In the third period, McKegg struck again on a high wrist-shot that beat Bachman over the blocker to push the lead to 3-1 over Oklahoma City. Ryan and Percy were credited with the assists.

C.J. Stretch went off for hooking at 15:49 of the third period and the Marlies extended their lead when Brandon Kozun deflected a T.J. Brennan one-timer past Bachman. Korbinian Holzer received the second assist.

Ryan assisted on three Toronto goals and Percy collected two assists on the night.

Sparks stopped 38 of the 39 shots he faced, while Bachman registered 27 saves on 31 shots.

Oklahoma City is now winless in seven chances all time at Ricoh Coliseum, including four regular season and three playoff matchups.

The Barons return to action Friday and Saturday when they take on the Rockford Ice Hogs at 7 p.m. at the Cox Convention Center. Oklahoma City faces San Antonio on March 2 at 4 p.m. CT.
