A man then opened the door and stepped outside. Once outside, a third officer heard one of the two officers at the door yell, "gun." Shots were fired, and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

As stated in the police release, the names of the deceased and the officers involved have not been released. The two officers are on administrative leave pending OSBI's investigation.
