Spinach Artichoke Cups

1 package wonton wrappers

1/2 container (4 ounce) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach, well drained

1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped

1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded

1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

1/2 tsp. salt


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a miniature muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Press the wonton wrappers into the bottom of muffin tins. Set aside.

In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, frozen spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, salt and Tabasco. Place spoonfuls of spinach mixture into each cup. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
