The Lankford for Senate Campaign responded to the News 9/News on 6 poll Thursday morning, and released the following statement,

"We are pleased to see such a positive response to the Lankford television ads reflected in this latest statewide poll. Our initial statewide television buy began airing only 10 days before this poll was taken, so it is clear Oklahoma voters are responding to Lankford's message of providing real conservative solutions to the problems facing our nation.

"In addition to the 41-point lead in the 5th District, which Lankford currently represents in Congress, there is clear momentum building statewide. We are honored that in the area of the state where people know us best, they also support us the most. We feel confident our campaign organization will continue to strengthen and enhance our efforts to reach Republican voters in all 77 counties. We anticipate continued growing Lankford support among likely Republican voters in the coming weeks."
