He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment, but on Tuesday he pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence and driving under suspension.

Court records show Bahe will receive a 13-year prison sentence with five years suspended for manslaughter. He also received one year for DUI. That sentence will run concurrently with his manslaughter sentence.
