Prosecutors have filed charges against a Tulsa man police say robbed several area pharmacies wearing a horror movie mask.
Delricko Smart faces nine counts of robbery with a firearm and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon.Police shot Smart last week when they say he ran from a CVS Pharmacy then crashed into two police cars while trying to make his getaway. Smart's family says he got off track because of a prescription drug addiction.
