Schoggins was taken to a Tulsa hospital where he was pronounced dead Thursday.

Four people in the 2011 Toyota were taken to a McAlester hospital.

The OHP says the driver James Hazeldine, 67, of Norman and three passengers, Robert Jackson, 67, of Statesboro, Georgia, Betty Snow, 68, of Norman and Mary Hazeldine, 65, of Statesboro, Georgia were all treated and released.
