Oklahoma Troopers Deliver Teddy Bears To Kids Hospitalized Over Holidays

Posted: Updated:
TULSA, Oklahoma -

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol held its annual Christmas teddy bear giveaway on Wednesday morning.

Troopers led Santa Claus to Tulsa hospitals and gave the teddy bears to kids who can't be home for the holidays.

Troopers from all around Northeastern Oklahoma joined in for the goodwill project.

“When troopers walk in and that child sees the uniformed trooper and Santa Claus, their eyes always just light up and glow,” OHP Capt. George Brown.

The teddy bears the troopers are giving out were provided by the Oklahoma State Troopers Association.
