Enrollment Open For Tulsa Public Schools Pre-K And Kindergarten

Tulsa Public Schools invites parents of next year's prekindergarten and kindergarten students to come to the Early Childhood Round Up this week.

Parents can visit the school with questions about enrollment and the TPS pre-kindergarten and kindergarten programs.

Children eligible for pre-kindergarten next year must turn 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2015; kindergarteners must turn 5 on or before September 1.

Parents waited in long lines for up to two hours at the new enrollment center Monday to do paperwork, many without realizing some of the process can be done online.

More Information About TPS Enrollment

Enrollment can be completed online at tulsaschools.org/enroll. If parents have questions or need computer access,they can visit the TPS Enrollment Center at 2819 S. New Haven Avenue.

To enroll, parents must have their child's birth certificate, immunization records and current proof of residence.

The Early Childhood Round Up ends Friday.
