Tulsa Most Wanted Part Of Gang Investigation

TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa Police say there are federal warrants out for the arrest of their Most Wanted suspect, Rodney Roy Parker.

Parker, 43, is wanted in connection to the Operation: Battlefield investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and TPD. The investigation focuses on Hoover Crips gang activity in the Tulsa area.

Parker is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5'7" and weighs 170 pounds.

Parker, who was convicted for marijuana possession in 1996, was also one of the department's Most Wanted suspects in September of 2014.
