OHP said a truck and trailer with a horse inside lost control at the corner, which caused the crash/rollover of the propane truck.

Many people who witnessed the aftermath of the incident believe that weather played a major factor. "[The weather is] bad...and that's probably, no doubt, what contributed to it," said Osage County resident Steve Matheny.

The truck was loaded with propane, but the troopers said it is safe and in no danger of exploding at this time.

The driver of the propane truck was taken by ambulance to an area hospital with minor injuries and is expected to be OK, a trooper on the scene said.

Troopers said the horse was not hurt, just a little spooked.

A winter weather advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service and is in effect until midnight. North and west of the Tulsa metro area has received about 2 inches of snow in about two hours.
