TULSA, Oklahoma -

Don't forget to set your clocks forward as the nation returns to Daylight Saving time. Most people adjust their clocks before going to bed, but it officially begins at 2 a.m. Sunday.

Though you lose an hour of sleep, it means spring is on the way.

Tulsa Fire Department also reminds residents it's a good time to replace batteries in smoke detectors.
