OHP: One Dead After Vehicle Swept Away By Floodwaters In McClain County

One person is dead after their vehicle was swept away by floodwaters in McClain County, Oklahoma, early Wednesday morning.

One person is dead after their vehicle was swept away by floodwaters in McClain County, Oklahoma, early Wednesday morning.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the vehicle was swept into floodwaters just east of May Ave., a half mile north of State Highway 74B in Walnut Creek near Cole, Oklahoma.

Emergency crews were able to rescue two others from the vehicle.
