ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma - The Oklahoma Highway Patrol identified the man who died in a crash on Highway 20 east of Highway 169 Tuesday morning.

The man who died was 20-year-old Hunter Nesvold of Owasso, according to the OHP.

The head-on collision happened near 168th East Avenue, east of Owasso at about 8:45 a.m.

According to the OHP report on the crash, Nesvold was eastbound in a 2006 Dodge Stratus when his car crossed into the westbound lanes and hit a 2006 Ford pickup driven by Kevin Wood, 53, of Collinsville.

The OHP said the crash pinned Nesvold in his car for about 45 minutes and Wood in his truck for about 10 minutes. Both drivers were wearing their seat belts, according to the report.

The OHP said Owasso Police as well as the Owasso and Limestone Fire Departments worked the scene.
