TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa police say a woman was using her midtown home as a base to engage in prostitution. They arrested Tricia Nicole Peterson after getting a tip that a home in the area of East 21st Street and South Lewis Avenue was being used for prostitution and illegal drugs.

Officers worked to confirm the tip by finding Peterson's ad on a prostitution website, records show.

An undercover officer then texted her, asking if she had time to see him. When he got to the residence, she invited him into her bedroom and agreed to perform sex acts for money, an arrest report states.

The 42-year-old Peterson was arrested for prostitution, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled drug without a prescription.

Jeremy Witt, who also lives at the home, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
