Former Oklahoma quarterback Justice Hansen is headed to Arkansas State.
The Edmond native was one of the top QB prospects in the state. He signed with the Sooners and redshirted in 2014.
He left Norman after Baker Mayfield won the starting job, and led Butler Community College to a 9-2 record last year.
