Driver Injured After His Car Rear-Ends Tulsa Fuel Truck

Tulsa Police say the driver of a car was taken to the hospital after it hit the rear of a fuel truck in the 10800 block of East Pine late Wednesday.

Officers said the crash happened in the eastbound lanes of Pine at Highway 169 just before midnight.  They said the car was traveling at a high rate of speed when it went under the rear of the truck.

EMSA transported the man with what police said were non-life threatening injuries. The truck driver was not injured.
