TULSA, Oklahoma -

Fire damages two units at the YaleTowne apartments in south Tulsa Friday morning.

Firefighters were called to an apartment complex in the 7100 block of South Fulton just after 7:15 a.m. They knocked the fire down quickly.

Officials say the fire is believed to have started in a downstairs apartment and spread to the apartment above it.  They said the cause has been ruled an accident.

A woman in the downstairs apartment was able to get out before firefighters arrived.  She was not injured.

Six other nearby apartments sustained smoke damage from the fire.
